Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Histopathologically confirmed thyroid carcinoma; 3.Surgical treatment inclusive of lymph-node dissection; 4.Complete medical records from admission to discharge (covering demographic data, present illness history, medical charts, and laboratory/imaging reports).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Evidence of cancer recurrence, distant metastasis, or concurrent malignancy of another type; 2.Preoperative diagnosis of lymphatic malformation, cervical chylous fistula, or chylothorax.
