Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient: Meets the diagnostic criteria for tuberculosis, age <18 years ; 2.Caregiver: A relative of the patient, such as parents or grandparents; has basic reading comprehension and WeChat usage skills, no communication barriers; voluntarily participates after understanding the research process and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient: Those with other congenital diseases (such as primary immunodeficiency) or significant organ dysfunction, and those participating in other studies; 2.Caregiver: Those with mental illness or cognitive impairment, and those participating in other studies.
