Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with severe Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD) based on the 2011 Tear Film and Ocular Surface Society standards, including an Ocular Surface Disease Index (OSDI) score >=33, Meibomian Gland Expressibility (MGE) Grade 3, gland dropout >66%, Tear Break-Up Time (TBUT) <=3 seconds, and Corneal Fluorescein Staining (CFS) Grade III or higher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Aqueous-deficient dry eye (e.g., Sjogren's syndrome), skin-related conditions (e.g., rosacea), trauma-induced MGD, glaucoma, acute ocular inflammation, or eye surgery within the past 3 months.
