Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.There was no distant metastasis before the operation, and the postoperative pathological diagnosis was hepatocellular carcinoma. 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. Undergo radical resection and have plasma samples retained before the operation; 4. Have complete clinical data, including imaging, laboratory tests and follow-up data;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of other malignancies; 2.Incomplete data or insufficient follow-up; 3.Insufficient plasma sample volume or inability to perform ctDNA testing;
