Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female patients with advanced age (>=38 years), AMH <1.2ng/ml, low ovarian reserve (total bilateral AFC <=5), at least one unobstructed fallopian tube, and normal semen or mild oligospermia or asthenospermia in the male partner.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: bilateral fallopian tube obstruction, severe oligoasthenozoospermia, azoospermia, or teratozoospermia in the male, use of micro/puncture sperm retrieval techniques, cervical atresia, cervicitis, or endometritis in the female; Exclude factors that may affect embryo implantation and clinical pregnancy, such as adenomyosis, severe hydrosalpinx, and abnormal uterine morphology. Exclude secretory diseases such as thyroid dysfunction and adrenal cortex dysfunction, as well as chromosomal abnormalities and gene mutations in both males and females; History of ovarian surgery; Systemic diseases; History of tuberculosis in the reproductive system; Sperm supply to assist in pregnancy; Pre implantation genetic diagnosis/screening, etc.
