Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with better hospitalization information; 2. Diagnostic criteria: All subjects must meet the Awaji criteria (2008), with a diagnostic level of "Definite" or "Clinically Probable (Clinically probable)" amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. 3. Age and gender: Age should be between 18 and 75 years old (including the boundary value), with no gender restrictions. 4. Course of the disease and severity: The course of the disease is = 30 points. The predicted value of forced vital capacity (FVC) >= 60% during screening.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete clinical data; 2. Patients with a history of long-term bed rest, long-term smoking, and surgery in the last three months; 3. Acute infection; 4. Acute inflammation or major trauma; 5. Heart failure; 6. Acute myocardial infarction; 7. Respiratory failure; 8. Liver failure; 9. Kidney failure; 10. Any blood disease affecting platelet count and lymphocyte count; 11. Tumors; 12. Acute cerebral infarction; 13. Spinal stenosis; 14. Other peripheral nervous system diseases.
