Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Post-traumatic osteomyelitis occurring in the diaphysis or metaphyseal region of the tibia or femur; (2) Anatomical C-M classification of type ? or ?; (3) Implantation of the Ortho-Bridger System (orthopedic bridging system) in the first-stage surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Physiological C-M classification of Grade C; (2) Intra-articular infection; (3) Age < 18 years; (4) Incomplete clinical data
