Intervention group:The intervention group implemented an evidence-based postoperative exercise rehabilitation intervention for elderly patients with hip fracture on the basis of the control group.
Control group:Routine nursing after hip replacement

60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=60 years old; 2. Hip fracture (femoral neck or intertrochanteric fracture) confirmed by X-ray; 3. Unilateral or bilateral hip replacement; 4. Could walk normally before fracture; 5. Have a smart phone, able to use wechat and other online tools; 6. Signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Old fracture (interval between injury and admission > 3 weeks); 2. With malignant tumor or pathological fracture; 3. Secondary fracture; 4. Multiple fractures or open fractures; 5. Complicated with heart, brain, kidney and other serious diseases; 6. They will participate in other rehabilitation training after discharge.
