Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for the ADHD Group: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for ADHD according to the Fifth Edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5). 2. Age between 6 and 12 years. 3. No prior pharmacological or non-pharmacological treatment for ADHD. 4. Wechsler Intelligence Scale IQ >= 80. 5. Right-handed. Inclusion Criteria for the Control Group: 1. Do not meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for ADHD. 2. Age between 6 and 12 years. 3. No prior pharmacological or non-pharmacological treatment for ADHD. 4. Wechsler Intelligence Scale IQ >= 80. 5. Right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for the ADHD Group: 1. Organic brain disease or severe physical illness. 2. Pervasive developmental disorders, intellectual developmental disorder, or other psychiatric disorders. 3. Poor compliance with the trial, inability to complete assessments as required, or failure to return for follow-up visits as scheduled. 4. Refusal to sign the informed consent form. Exclusion Criteria for the Control Group: 1. Organic brain disease or severe physical illness. 2.
