18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for heart transplantation; 2. Aged 18–70 years; 3. Intended to undergo heart transplantation; 4. Participants must be able to complete baseline assessment and commence designated rehabilitation therapy prior to surgery; 5. Patients voluntarily participate in this study, sign written informed consent, and agree to follow-up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency heart transplantation and multiple organ transplants; 2. Clinical instability resulting in inability to undergo rehabilitation training, refusal to participate, or inability to attend; 3. Unstable cardiac disease and severe complications; 4. History of any condition likely to affect program adherence (e.g., severe mental disorders, significant cognitive impairment, substance abuse or addiction); 5. Patients with prior solid organ or bone marrow transplantation.
