Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Insomniac 1.Including difficulty falling asleep or maintaining sleep, or waking up too early with sufficient sleep opportunities; 2.Sleep problems must occur at least three times a week in the past three months and significantly affect daytime function; 3.Pittsburgh Sleep Index (PSQI) score >= 8 and Insomnia Severity Scale (ISI) score >= 11; 4.Sleep disorders occur for at least one year; 5.No other mental or physiological disorders or other types of sleep disorders. Healthy Population 1. PSQI <= 7; 2. No shift work and no sleep-related medical visits; 3. No other psychiatric history or brain injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insomniac 1.Participants may have combined other sleep disorders, such as sleep breathing disorders, sleep related movement disorders, or circadian rhythm disorders; 2.Participants have already used psychotropic or hypnotic drugs or have medical conditions that disrupt sleep, mental disorders, alcohol or drug abuse; 3.Contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging (dentures, pacemakers, claustrophobia). Healthy population: 1. Alcohol, smoking, and drug addiction; mental disorders; 2. MRI contraindications.
