18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for debility/pre-debilitation; 2. Be aged 18 to 80 years; 3. Receive regular haemodialysis treatment for >=3 months, with a frequency of 3-4 times/week, 3.0-4 hours/times; 4. Able to walk independently and without physical disability; 5. Conscious and able to answer questions independently; 6. Cardiac function class I to III (New York NYHA classification); 7. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute phase of cerebrovascular disease; 2.Acute systemic inflammatory disease; 3.With a history of cognitive impairment, epilepsy and mental illness; 4.Hb < 80g/L; 5.The vascular access is a temporary central venous catheter or a long-term catheter in the lower extremity.
