Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old, the patient knows the condition; 2. Perform urodynamic examination for the first time according to the doctor's instructions, and be able to successfully intubate to complete the examination; 3. Clear awareness and ability to understand the content of the questionnaire; 4.Good vision and hearing function; 5. Obtain the right to informed consent, and have good compliance, and voluntarily cooperate with this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with chronic pain, neurogenic bladder, severe neurological diseases and other mental illnesses; 2. Patients who experience dizziness and discomfort while wearing virtual reality devices;3. Patients who cannot urinate with a tube; 4. Patients who have undergone urological surgery in the past three months.
