Thoracolumbar osteoporotic single-segment vertebral burst fracture

Interventions

Experimental Group :Spinal internal fixation surgery combined with vertebral body strengthening technique
Control group:Implantation of standard-length screws and bone cement reinforcement in the injured vertebra.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. There is a clear history of trauma; 2. Fresh single-segment thoracolumbar (T11~L2) fractures (disease course <2 weeks); 3. Rupture of the posterior vertebral wall or spinal canal occupation <30%; 4. No neurological damage; 5. Bone mineral density measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry shows T value <=-2.5 SD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological fracture; 2. Refusal of or inability to tolerate general anesthesia surgery; 3. Loss to follow-up.
