Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult patients (>= 18 years) who have provided written informed consent and present with symptoms or signs of heart failure, with a clinical diagnosis of heart failure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who subsequently withdraw their informed consent.
