18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) formal diagnosis of COPD; being in the stable phase of COPD; 2) adults (aged 18 or above); 3) for female participants, not being pregnant; 4) no signs of laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR); 5) cognitive function capable of following clinician instructions on vocal assessment and voice therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) history of laryngeal or head and neck disease and surgery; 2) with severe heart diseases, neurological diseases, kidney diseases, malignancies; 3) history of vocal training; 4) history of voice therapy.
