Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Surgery first approach; 2. Skeletal Class III malocclusion; 3. Complete orthognathic surgery; 4. Double-jaw surgery: Lefort I and BSSRO, without segmental osteotomy;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiphase surgeries due to obvious congenital malformations;
