Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2. Age over 18 years old (including 18 years old) 3. Sex: both male and female 4. Pathological diagnosis: papillary thyroid cancer 5. ATA recurrence risk stratified as medium-high risk or high risk. 6. ECOG score: 0 to 4 7. Consultation at Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University/First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University before August 2025

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other infections; 2.Patients with other underlying diseases that affect tumor recurrence; 3.The researcher determined that the patient is not suitable for participation in this study;
