Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent adult (>=18 years of age) orthotopic whole liver transplantation at the Liver Transplant Center of the First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine between January 1, 2017, and May 30, 2023.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received split liver transplantation or multiple organ transplantation. 2. Pediatric recipients (<18 years of age). 3. Patients with missing key clinical data or lost to follow-up.
