Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults (>=18 years of age) with physical trauma resulting in organ or tissue injury, admitted within 48 hours of the traumatic event, and with complete clinical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals under 18 years of age; 2. Those with a history of biliary system diseases (such as cholecystitis or gallstones); 3. Patients with severe comorbidities that may significantly affect prognosis (such as advanced malignant tumors or severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases), or those whose clinical data are severely missing, making accurate assessment impossible.
