18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old, <= 65 years old; 2. ASA class I or II; 3. Body mass index (BMI) 18-25 kg/m^2 or 30-40 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.ASA class III or above, such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease complications, uncontrollable diabetes, etc; 2.Coagulopathy or epistaxis tendency; 3.Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS); 4.Severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 5.Liver and kidney dysfunction; 6.Pregnancy; 7.Long term use of drugs that may affect the analgesic response (central alpha adrenergic drugs, antiepileptic drugs, nerve inhibitors, antidepressants, antipsychotics); 8.Allergy to any study drug; 9.Preoperative hemodynamic instability and high inhalation risk as determined by the anesthesia team.
