Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. The patient's family member signs the informed consent form; 3. Duration of stay in the geriatrics department > 1w.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pressure injuries, skin infections, and skin failure are present upon admission to the ICU; 2. Patients with deteriorating conditions and at the terminal stage; 3. Patients with incomplete medical history information.
