18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Aged 18-80; (2) Stable coronary heart disease patients who are scheduled for elective PCI surgery, with target vessel stenosis =70%, have undergone complete revascularization, and can tolerate treadmill stress testing; (3) Agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Atrioventricular block, atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, pacemaker implantation, acute coronary syndrome, cardiogenic shock, left ventricular ejection fraction <40% or history of heart failure (2) There are contraindications to exercise, such as acute pulmonary embolism, pulmonary infarction, severe systemic infections, severe joint lesions, or the occurrence of more serious complications during surgery.

Major adverse cardiac events for the first time within one year after the operation;

Changes from baseline in the Seattle Angina Scale score one year after the surgery;Changes from baseline in the exercise tolerance METs classification one year after the surgery;Establish a prediction model for the first occurrence of MACE within one year after surgery and evaluate the predictive value of the model;
