Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML); 2. Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) with high-risk stratification according to the International Prognostic Scoring System (IPSS) or WHO classification; 3. Age >= 14 years; 4. Treatment regimen includes venetoclax (VEN), such as VEN + hypomethylating agents (HMAs) or VEN + low-dose cytarabine (LDAC).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL); 2. History of drug or alcohol abuse; 3. Missing relevant data.
