Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults: 1. aged 18-30, regardless of gender; 2. No major illnesses; 3. Primary school education or above, able to perform mental arithmetic normally; 4. No intracranial metal implants. PD study participants: 1. Diagnosed with PD according to the "Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson's Disease in China (2016 Edition)". 2. Age range: 50-80 years old. 3. Hoehn Yahr grading is 1.5-3 for PD patients. (Hoehn Yahr grading, abbreviated as H-Y grading, is a grading table used to record the severity of PD. Level 0=No signs of illness; Level 1=unilateral/lateral body affected, but not affecting balance; Level 1.5=affected on one side of the body and affecting balance; Level 2=bilateral/lateral body affected, but not affecting balance; Level 2.5=Both sides of the body are affected, but balance can be restored on its own during a pull test; Level 3=balance affected, mild to moderate illness, but patient can live independently; Level 4=severely affects mobility, but the patient is able to walk and stand on their own; Level 5=Can only stay in bed or use a wheelchair without assistance from others. Grades 1-2.5 are in the early stage, while grades 3-5 are in the middle to late stage. ) 4. The medication dosage remained stable within 2 months prior to participating in the trial. 5. Can walk independently and safely, can stand with eyes open or closed for 1 minute. 6. Able to read and understand, cooperate with treatment and research, and independently and voluntarily sign informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Merge with other mental illnesses, unable to understand instructions or cooperate. 2. Epilepsy patients and those who take drugs that can cause epilepsy. 3. Individuals who have undergone deep brain stimulation (DBS) surgery or other intracranial metal implants. 4. Individuals wearing pacemakers. 5. Merge other intracranial organic diseases, malignant tumors, or severe systemic diseases (such as severe heart disease, hypertension, etc.). 6. Fracture occurred within 6 months, with bone and joint system diseases affecting gait. 7. Color blind or color weak individuals, illiterate individuals.
