Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with sepsis who have undergone hemofiltration or hemofiltration dialysis treatment 2. Age > =18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who undergo hemofiltration treatment for reasons not related to sepsis, such as chronic heart or kidney failure or electrolyte imbalance, etc 2. Patients who received hemofiltration or hemoperfusion treatment within 7 days before enrollment 3. Patients with severe organ failure and an APACHE II score of >=40 at the time of enrollment 4. Patients who have undergone plasma exchange, double plasma exchange or other blood purification treatments 5. Infection or carrier of human immunodeficiency virus 6. Patients during pregnancy and the puerperium 7. Patients with incomplete clinical data and missing values exceeding 20%
