Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for Chronic Heart Failure (CHF) as defined by the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Heart Failure 2024; 2.Be conscious, in a stable clinical condition, and possess adequate comprehension and communication abilities. 3.Be aged 60 years or older. 4.Provide informed consent and voluntarily agree to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have a comorbid diagnosis of malignant tumor or severe organ disease. 2.Have a prior history of psychiatric disorders or the presence of cognitive or intellectual impairments.
