Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All patients have a clinical pathological stage of stage I; 2) All patients' pathological and imaging examinations meet the diagnostic criteria for non-small cell lung cancer (Chinese Primary Lung Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Standards 2015 edition); 3) All patients were diagnosed with a single lesion with a diameter of less than or equal to 2.0cm; 4) All patients did not receive chemotherapy before surgery; 5) All patients meet the conditions for single port thoracoscopic lobectomy surgery; 6) All patients have normal consciousness; 7) All patients agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with clinical pathological stage>Stage I; 2) Patients with consciousness disorders; 3) Patients undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 4) Not meeting the conditions for single port thoracoscopic lobectomy surgery; 5) Individuals with a history of malignant tumors; 6) Refusal to participate in this study.
