Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient: (1) Age 60–80 years; (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria of the "Esophageal Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines" and has been initially diagnosed through X-ray, CT, esophagoscopy, and histopathological examination; (3) Underwent thoracoscopic radical esophagectomy, and histopathology confirms squamous cell carcinoma; (4) Postoperative condition is stable, with an expected survival of >1 year. 2. Caregiver: (1) A family caregiver who is mainly responsible for the long-term care of the patient, providing care for at least 4 hours per day; (2) Age >=18 years; (3) No mental disorders and able to communicate normally; (4) Informed consent obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients: (1) Patients with severe physical illnesses such as heart failure or respiratory failure; (2) Patients with a history of mental illness. 2. Caregivers: (1) Caregivers with significant disabilities; (2) Caregivers who are medical staff.
