Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged over 18 years old, both men and women are eligible; 2.Positive result of qualitative detection for anti-MDA5 antibody; 3.with interstitial lung disease; 4.reatment based on traditional hormones and/or immunosuppressants combined with upadacitinib;
