Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily signed the informed consent form; 2. Age >=18 years, gender unrestricted; 3. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus in accordance with the WHO 1999 diagnostic criteria for diabetes and the classification standards outlined in the Chinese Guideline for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2020 Edition).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other diseases affecting thyroid function: such as subacute thyroiditis, etc.; 2. Recent acute complications of diabetes: diabetic ketoacidosis, lactic acidosis, hyperosmolar coma, etc.; 3. Type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients with acute or chronic infectious diseases or cancer; 6.The patient is unable to sign the informed consent form.
