Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria specified in "China Guidelines for Diagnosis of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases 2019" and be confirmed through neurological examinations, head CT or MRI imaging; (2) First-onset disease with a disease course = 45 seconds); (6) Possess certain motor imagery ability to complete MI-BCI adaptive training, with Kinesthetic and Visual Imagery Questionnaire-10 (KVIQ-10) scores >= 25 points; (7) Affected hand Brunnstrom stage: II-V, modified Ashworth grade of wrist flexors and finger flexors <= 2; (8) Stable condition, clear consciousness, good cooperation, and ability to express rehabilitation training experiences;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals who cannot comprehend experimental requirements or have difficulty completing training; (2) Patients with cranial defects, severe scalp injuries, or other conditions that hinder EEG cap wearability; (3) Those with intracranial metallic implants or foreign objects that interfere with brain signal transmission; (4) Individuals with musculoskeletal disorders, neurological conditions affecting upper limb mobility, or severe arthritis/arthropathy in the affected upper limbs.
