Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Inclusion Criteria for the LGACC Group: 1) Age between 18 and 60 years (inclusive), any gender. 2) Undergoing lacrimal gland tumor resection with pathological confirmation of lacrimal gland adenoid cystic carcinoma (LGACC), and availability of residual discarded lacrimal gland tissue after surgery. 3) Previously healthy, without history of inflammation or other diseases. 4) Complete clinical medical records available. (2) Inclusion Criteria for the Control Group (Lacrimal Gland Tissue): 1) Age and gender matched to the LGACC group. 2) Undergoing lacrimal gland surgery with pathological confirmation of lacrimal gland prolapse, and availability of residual discarded lacrimal gland tissue after surgery. 3) Previously healthy, without history of inflammation or other diseases. 4) Complete clinical medical records available.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosed with other types of lacrimal gland tumors or having a history of other malignancies. 2) Presence of cardiac, renal, or hepatic dysfunction. 3) Concurrent immune system disorders.
