18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective partial lung resection; 2. Patients with an American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of I-II; 3. Age >=18 years and <=65 years, of any gender; 4. BMI: 18–30 kg/m²; 5. Agree to participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiac dysfunction, severe hypotension (uncontrolled systolic blood pressure =180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >=110 mmHg) before surgery; 2. Patients with significant liver or kidney dysfunction; 3. Individuals who have previously been allergic to drugs related to this study; 4. Patients with mental illness or cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate with researchers; 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
