Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Non-demented cognitive impairment after stroke (score on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE): illiterate <=20, primary school literacy <=23, secondary school literacy <=27; Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score <26) can cooperate with rehabilitation assessment and treatment. (Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score <26) can co-operate with rehabilitation assessment and treatment; 2. Stable condition with no other medical history affecting cognitive function; 3. The duration of the disease is less than 6 months; 4. Age 55-80 years old; 5. Visual acuity and hearing ability to complete the relevant assessment; 6. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. cranial defects, with intracranial stents or pacemakers, etc. should not be treated with TBS; 2. accompanied by obvious dementia or mental disorder; 3. Combined with other related diseases that may affect the treatment, etc; 4. large cerebral infarction or haemorrhage, previous cerebrovascular disease or other diseases that affect cognitive function; 5. Combination of speech, visual and auditory impairment or communication difficulties that affect assessment and treatment; 6. Withdrawal from treatment midway.
