Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 75 years or older; 2. Immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy has been administered; 3. There are basic clinical information before treatment (gender and age, etc.), medical history (current and past medical history), laboratory tests (blood routine, liver and kidney function, coagulation function, etc.), and histological or cytological pathological diagnosis results of confirmed malignant tumors, regardless of tumor type.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combination of other treatment methods (such as chemotherapy and targeted therapy) during the application of immunotherapy; 2. Biological immunotherapy.
