Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Thyroid cyst: 1) Diagnosed by ultrasound as a simple thyroid cyst with a maximum diameter of >= 2cm; 2) Has nodule related pain, compression symptoms, or (and) affects aesthetics; 3) Refuse to continue observation or surgery, voluntarily sign an informed consent form, understand the treatment plan and potential risks. 2.Liver/kidney cyst: 1) The maximum diameter of liver and kidney cysts is >= 5cm; 2) Patients with cysts accompanied by bleeding and/or infection; 3) Patients with cysts accompanied by compression and other symptoms; 4) Polycystic liver and polycystic kidney cysts causing compression symptoms; 5) Refuse to continue observation or surgery, voluntarily sign an informed consent form, understand the treatment plan and potential risks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Thyroid cyst: 1) Known or suspected thyroid cancer; 2) Severe heart and lung dysfunction, liver and kidney failure, or immune system diseases; 3) Coagulation dysfunction or recent use of anticoagulant drugs; 4) Allergic to hardening agents such as polyglycol; 5) The patient refused to cooperate. 2.Liver/kidney cyst: 1) Renal pelvis derived cyst connected to the ureter; 2) Congenital cystic dilation of intrahepatic bile ducts or hepatic cysts connected to intrahepatic bile ducts; 3) Individuals with allergies to polyols and alcohol; 4) Individuals with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe mental disorders, poor compliance, and inability to tolerate treatment; 5) Patients with bleeding tendency and coagulation dysfunction during anticoagulant therapy; 6) There is no safe puncture path to avoid important blood vessels, bile ducts, and structures.
