18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18–75 years Patients with pathologically confirmed solid tumors (lung cancer, gastric cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer) Scheduled to receive >= 4 cycles of neurotoxic chemotherapy regimen (paclitaxel and oxaliplatin) ECOG performance status <=2 No severe hepatic or renal impairment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Peripheral neuropathy caused by diabetes, HIV infection, or other causes; Previous treatment with neurotoxic medications; Inability to complete follow-up or refusal to sign the informed consent form.
