18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Uncomplicated Stanford type B aortic dissection; 2.Age range: 18 to 85 years; 3.Patients with first onset of aortic dissection symptoms within 90 days who are suitable candidates for TEVAR;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age 85 years; 2.Complicated Stanford type B aortic dissection: impending or ruptured dissection, malperfusion syndrome, refractory pain, or rapid aortic expansion after onset. 3.First onset of symptoms >90 days; 4.Patients with concomitant connective tissue disease; 5.Retrograde Stanford type A dissection; 6.Patients requiring branch vessel reconstruction, such as supra-aortic branch reconstruction or visceral artery reconstruction. 7.Patients complicated with aneurysm or additional aortic disease;
