Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From December 2019 to February 2022, our hospital treated patients diagnosed with type IV cardiorenal syndrome.patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute renal failure; 2. Malignant tumors; 3.Severe infections; 4. Initial blood pressure below 80/50 mmHg without the use of antihypertensive drugs; 5. Initial liver function exceeding the upper limit of normal by 2 times; 6. Initial blood potassium exceeding 5 5 mmol/L; 7. Age greater than 18 years old but less than 75 years old; 8. Unable to cooperate in completing the study or lost to follow-up due to reasons such as neurological and psychiatric disorders.
