Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged between 18 and 60 years, with a BMI< 34kg/m^2, and patients with acute non-degenerative meniscus injury of the knee arthroscopic plasty or resection in our hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Preoperative MRI with cartilage or ligament injury, arthroscopic diagnosis of discoid meniscus, concurrent presence of knee osteoarthritis, significant musculoskeletal injury affecting lower extremity function, and cases with special circumstances such as pregnancy or lactation. In addition, individuals who are unable to undergo postoperative rehabilitation exercises due to factors such as illiteracy, hearing impairment or mental health conditions are excluded.
