Inclusion criteria: 1.Complies with the diagnostic criteria for intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy; 2.Complete medical history, birth records; 3.monocyesis; 4.age >=18 years old; 5.Medication >=7 days;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined viral hepatitis; 2.Complete medical history and delivery information are not available; 3.Medication <7 days; 4.Twin or multiple pregnancy;
