Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Students aged 6 to 14 at Guangzhou Special Education School; 2. Where the parents or guardians sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe systemic diseases who are unable to undergo examination; 2. Children who are seriously uncooperative and unable to undergo the examination; 3. Those in the acute stage of diseases such as epilepsy and heart disease, whose oral examination may trigger the onset of these diseases and are not suitable for the examination; 4. Those requiring urgent dental treatment; 5. Those with a history of asthma or allergic constitutions who are not suitable for fluoride application.
