Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. College students at Guangzhou Sport University; 2. Restricted ankle dorsiflexion (experimental group) or normal ankle dorsiflexion (control group); 3. Within 6 months, there is no history of ankle or knee injuries, and no neurological disorders that affect the experiment; 4. Able to systematically participate in the entire experimental intervention process and proficiently perform squats; 5. Voluntarily participate in this experiment and obey the experimental arrangement, ensuring sufficient rest and sleep time before testing and training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Low compliance; During the experiment, the subject experienced joint pain or other discomfort symptoms and was unable to continue the experiment; 3. The subjects did not train or test as required during the experimental process; 4. The subjects may encounter other situations that may affect the experimental results during the experiment.
