Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients met the diagnostic criteria specified in the 2020 Edition of the Criteria by the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer/Invasive Fungal Infections Cooperative Group and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Mycoses Study Group (EORTC/MSG) and the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Invasive Fungal Infections in Critically Ill Patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients under 18 years of age; 2. Patients who cannot tolerate bronchoscopy; 3.Patients with hematological malignancies, granulocytopenia, immunodeficiency, or those who have undergone organ transplantation; 4. Lost-to-follow-up patients; 5.Patients with incomplete data.
