Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Recruiting pregnant women undergoing prenatal checkups at Shanghai Maternity and Infant Hospital during early pregnancy (8-12 weeks), including healthy pregnant women and those diagnosed with APS or SS. Women with APS or SS will be enrolled in the autoimmune disease group. HbA1c testing will be performed during early pregnancy to identify high-risk populations for GDM.All pregnant women will undergo a 75g Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT) during mid-pregnancy (24-28 weeks). This test will further stratify the originally healthy pregnant women into a GDM group and a control group. The enrolled pregnant women will be matched for maternal age, BMI, lifestyle habits, and medical history.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclude pregnant women with pre-existing diabetes, prior metabolic disorders, inflammatory diseases, psychiatric conditions, other familial diseases, or a history of substance abuse.
