Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients must meet the following criteria: aged between 18 and 75 years old, diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation or spinal stenosis that requires spinal endoscopic surgery; 2. Having undergone 6 months of ineffective conservative treatment; 3. Free from severe organic diseases or surgical contraindications; and having signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The following situations are excluded: a history of previous spinal internal fixation surgery; 2. Comorbidities such as infection, tumor, osteoporosis, or severe mental illness; 3. Participation in other clinical trials within the past 3 months; 4. Being a pregnant or lactating woman.
