18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with leptomeningeal metastases (including brain tissue metastases) from lung adenocarcinoma according to the 2023 ELANO-ESMO guideline criteria. 2. Ventriculoperitoneal shunt group: patients who underwent ventriculoperitoneal shunt placement. 3. Non-Ventriculoperitoneal Shunt Group: patients who did not receive Ventriculoperitoneal shunt placement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with non-driver gene-positive mutant lung adenocarcinoma or those with concurrent other malignant tumors; 2. Patients with incomplete clinical data or who were lost to follow-up.
