Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.No restrictions on age or gender. 2.Diagnosed with esotropia, exotropia, vertical strabismus, vertical dissociated strabismus, or nystagmus. 3.Patient medical records and relevant examination data are basically complete and meet the requirements of the study. 4.Patient agrees to the collection and analysis of preoperative examination results.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of systemic diseases affecting ocular alignment (e.g., thyroid disease) that are not stable at the start of the study. 2.Contraindications to general or local anesthesia. 3.Refusal to participate in preoperative data collection required for generating surgical recommendation plans by the intelligent strabismus surgery design expert-assisted system. 4.Postoperative prism examination at 1 month showing horizontal strabismus >10 PD or vertical strabismus >8 PD.
