Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2022" and the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Intracerebral Hemorrhage 2021", confirmed by cranial CT or MRI examination; 2. Patients with first-onset unilateral cerebral hemisphere infarction or cerebral hemorrhage for more than one month, leaving unilateral limb hemiplegia; 3. Age 40-80 years; 4. Brunnstrom stage of the lower limb on the hemiplegic side >= Stage III, able to walk independently for at least 10 meters without assistive devices; 5. Vital signs stable, conscious; 6. No significant cognitive impairment, Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score: illiterate >=17 points, primary school >=20 points, junior high school and above >=24 points, able to cooperate with the assessment; 7. Patient has signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The condition is not yet stable; 2. Other diseases that cause walking impairments, such as Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injury, peripheral neuropathy, lower limb fractures, and severe lower limb osteoarthritis; 3. Complicated by severe internal medical conditions, such as respiratory failure, heart failure, and severe pneumonia; 4. Individuals with mental illnesses or a history of epilepsy; 5. Individuals with an implanted cardiac pacemaker, a history of cardiac or cerebrovascular stents, or bypass surgery.
